Gerardo Godínez (Strategic Associate), is a lawyer graduated from the Colegio Holandés, with specialization studies in Criminal, Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law. He has completed several studies, courses, diplomas and has a master's degree in Criminal Procedural Law (oral trials).

He has been part of Ortiz & Ramírez Abogados as a Strategic Associate since 2013, with a professional career of 30 years of litigation, of which 12 years have had as main focus the defense of intellectual property rights, representing various companies and individuals in the legal defense of their assets.

Gerardo uses its experience and knowledge in the legal practice to achieve agile objectives and solutions.
