Lorena Ortiz (Partner) began her career as a lawyer in 1993, during her professional career she has worked in several prestigious firms, even being an associate in some of them, and since 2012, she manages together with her partner Gerardo the firm "Ortiz & Ramírez Abogados".

With more than 30 years of experience, her expertise in the area of litigation and defense of intangible assets, particularly in anti-piracy operations, securing of merchandise, border measures, asset protection at national and international level, among others, stands out.

She is an active member of the "Litigation Committee" of the Mexican Association of Intellectual Property in Mexico (AMPPI), an active member of the "Intellectual Property Committee" of the American Chamber (AMCHAM) and an active member of the "Anti-Piracy Committee" of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
