Obed Heredia (Associate) is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), with specialization studies in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law from the same institution.  He has taken several courses and trainings from national and international organizations, such as WIPO, EUIPO, USPTO and IMPI.

He is part of "Ortiz & Ramírez Abogados" as an Associate since 2023, with a professional career of 6 years in several firms specialized in intellectual property law, focusing his practice in trademark law, copyright and litigation representation, serving clients ranging from large companies to high-impact startups at national and international level.

Obed combines its legal practice with the implementation and use of technologies to create innovative and practical solutions.
